268 PST Technician Multi-Point and Sales

The purpose of this course is to provide the Technician with the highest impact process to document and present the MPI.  

The student will learn the following impact items…

• How to properly present the PASS/FAIL Approach
• How to present Professional Products utilizing the MPI

This class is designed for the following associates: Technicians Service Advisor, Service Manager, General Manager. The goal is for the student to see an increase in Total RO Sales, Professional Sales, Customer Engagement and improve CSI and Retention.
